Remote sites over cellular, cloud-hosted SCADA, protection relays, power generation and waste-to-energy plants. Customers are described by type rather than by name.
Each is a real project. Hours shown are billed engineering hours.
Cloud-hosted Ignition SCADA on AWS for treatment skids, tanks and reuse pits at remote sites over cellular and VPN. Skid communications standardized on Modbus TCP with a documented address scheme, devices created automatically when a skid is added, email and text alarm rosters, communication-loss alarms, daily emailed reports, a report scheduler, site-level permissions, truck tracking and PLC-triggered transload batching.
Cloud-hosted Ignition 8.3 for temporary job sites: cellular modems on a private network, engine controllers over Modbus, and a database-driven site builder. Zone-based pump shutdowns, leak detection from flow differences, tank-alarm shutdowns, mobile views, daily flow reports and redundancy.
A multi-tenant Perspective portal in which each end user sees only their own sites, with history, black-start generator metering, turbine views, and daily consumption and peak reports. Moved from on-premises servers to AWS with store-and-forward at the edge.
Server upgrade and migration, plant gateways feeding a corporate gateway, history gathered across plants, and production and state regulatory reports.
Equipment dashboards built from templates for flowmeters, pumps and protection relays, and a drag-and-drop instrument screen reading from remote OPC servers.
An engineer in the manufacturer's product team built a standard object library of templates and faceplates, custom Perspective components and a tag write-security model.
Yes. We have built cloud-hosted Ignition SCADA on AWS that reaches remote sites over cellular links and VPN, with alarms when a site stops communicating.
Both. On one oilfield system we prototyped the field connections on MQTT and then standardized on Modbus TCP with a documented address scheme. We choose per project based on the equipment and the network.
Yes. We built a multi-tenant Perspective portal for power-generation sites in which each end user sees only their own sites, reports and history.
We alarm on lost communication, and where data must not be lost we use store-and-forward at the edge so history fills in when the link returns.
